Wicker Playroom

The playroom closet was a complete mess, with toys scattered everywhere. The client had purchased wicker baskets for the closet but never had time to finish organizing it. Our team was given full creative control to do what was needed to organize this closet.

To start, the team emptied the closet and assessed the space. They decided to use the wicker baskets as the main storage solution. Since the baskets were all the same size, the team had to get creative with how they organized the toys. To make it easier for the children to find what they were looking for, the team decided to group similar items together and arrange the baskets in a way that made sense. The daughter's toys were placed in the baskets on the right, while the son's toys were placed in the baskets on the left. This made it easy for the children to identify which basket they needed to get their toys from.

The team also utilized the vertical space in the closet by displaying larger toys, such as dinosaurs and dolls, on the top shelf. This not only made the closet more visually appealing, but it also freed up space in the baskets for smaller toys. The ground was left open. This allowed for larger toys, such as a doll stroller, to be easily moved in and out of the closet. This also allows for easy access to the baskets of toys.

After several hours of hard work, the team had completely transformed the playroom closet. The toys were now neatly organized and the closet was much more functional. The wicker baskets and displayed toys added warmth and texture to the space, making it visually appealing as well.

In the end, the client was thrilled with the results. Our team had taken a messy, disorganized playroom closet and turned it into a functional and visually appealing space that the whole family could enjoy.
